Navshristi Developers is based out of PC Colony in Kankarbagh. We are located at F-90, and our office is care of Sri Pramod Kumar. Kankarbagh is such a huge area of Patna, and PC Colony is a pretty well-known part of it. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, and we’ve seen how the whole neighborhood has transformed with new apartments and shops. Our work is mainly about developing land and building spaces where people can settle down. We don't have a flashy storefront. It’s a regular office where we keep our maps and site plans. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around a table drinking tea and talking about the progress of our current projects. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, which means dealing with the heat and the dust of Patna. It is a lot of physical work, even if we aren't the ones laying the bricks ourselves. We have to manage the workers, check the quality of the materials, and make sure we are following all the local rules. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, like when the monsoon hits early and the ground gets too soft to work. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy sales talk. We just show people the land or the buildings and let the work speak for itself. It is a simple way of doing business.
