Our place is right there in Dahiyawan Tola, specifically House Number 220 on the ground floor. If you're in Chapra, you probably know the area. We've been running Nand & Nand Construction Private Limited from here for a while. It’s just a regular house turned into an office space. Saran is our home, and we mostly work on projects around this part of Bihar. It gets pretty dusty and busy around here, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some giant company from the city. We’re local people who know how to build things that last in our climate. The ground floor is always open if someone needs to talk about a project. We keep our tools and some of the smaller materials nearby. Most days, we are out on a site somewhere in the district, making sure things are going up okay. It’s hard work, and the weather doesn’t always help, but we stick to it. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been with us for years. We don't use any fancy talk or big promises. We just look at the plans and get to work. Being based in Dahiyawan Tola means we're close to our roots. People stop by to chat about building a wall or a whole house. We take it one day at a time and try to keep our heads down and work. It's not fancy, but it is what we do.
