NAIFS BUILDCON EDUTECH & EVENT MANAGEMENT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Naifs Buildcon Edutech & Event Management (OPC) Private Limited is based over in Chand Colony, in the Phulwari Sharif area of Patna. We operate out of Naiyer Rahman’s place. It’s an interesting mix of things we do here. Some days we are focused on construction projects, and other days we are looking at educational technology or helping plan an event. It might seem like a lot of different things, but we manage to keep it all moving. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller, more personal operation. We don't have a giant staff, so everyone chips in where they are needed. Most of our work happens right here in Patna. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out in the colony meeting with people. It’s a busy lifestyle, especially when we have an event coming up at the same time a building project is reaching a deadline. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or heading out to a site. We prefer it this way because it keeps us close to the work. We aren't into big speeches or corporate slogans. We just try to provide what people in Phulwari Sharif need, whether that is help with a building or something else. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps things interesting for us every single day without being too formal.
