We are Mulkraj Buildcon Private Limited, located at Flat No-2 in Nisat Heritage. If you know Patna, you know Jamun Gali in Sabzibag is a busy spot. We’ve been operating from this apartment for a while now. Most days, it's just us handling paperwork and talking to people about their building needs. Construction is a lot of hard work and there's always something to fix or plan. We try to keep things straightforward. People come by the office to discuss stuff, and we go out to the sites. It gets crowded around Sabzibag, but it's where we are. Our address is right there in the building. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular office where we get things done. We handle local projects and deal with the usual challenges of getting materials and managing labor. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to stay on schedule, but that's just how this business goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us working together. If someone needs a building project looked at, they usually just find us here. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Being in Bihar, you learn to adapt to how things work locally. We just keep at it every day, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. It’s a job like any other. It’s not always easy, but we manage.
