Moderncity Infratech Private Limited

Our office for Moderncity Infratech Private Limited is based out of Bankers Colony at Gobarsahi Chowk. We are located at C/O-Prem Shila Devi. It’s a busy junction and there is always something going on outside. Bankers Colony is a decent neighborhood and people generally know the way to the chowk. Our office is tucked into a residential-looking building, which makes it feel more like a local spot than a big business hub. We have our files and computers set up in a couple of rooms. It gets pretty lively around the chowk in the evenings with all the shops and people moving about. We handle the infratech side of things from here, mostly planning out how to manage the construction sites we are working on. There’s usually a pot of tea going and someone coming in to drop off a bill or pick up some plans. It isn't the most organized looking place if you just walk in, but we have a system that works for us. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local logistics of getting materials through the traffic at Gobarsahi. It’s a bit of a challenge sometimes but we’re used to it by now. The office stays fairly cool because of the way the building is set up. We are just regular people trying to get the work done without making a big fuss about things. It works for us and the work gets done.
