Modern Beauty Parlor

Modern Beauty Parlor is located in East Lohanipur, right near the Gas Godown in Patna 800003. If you’ve ever been to this part of Lohanipur, you know how busy it can get with all the trucks and the people moving around. The Gas Godown is a major landmark, so people never have trouble finding my shop. I’ve been here for a long time, and even though the name is Modern Beauty Parlor, the way I run things is quite traditional. It’s a small space dedicated to the women of the neighborhood. I do the usual things like haircuts, threading, and bridal work when the season is right. Patna is a city that’s always changing, but this corner of East Lohanipur feels very steady to me. I know the other shopkeepers and we often share a cup of tea when it’s quiet. The shop itself is simple. I have a few mirrors, some chairs, and my tools. It’s not a place with big advertisements or anything like that. People just know I’m here. Sometimes the dust from the road is a bit much, and I have to clean the windows every few hours. But I like the energy of the street. There’s always someone to talk to or something to see. I work long hours, especially during the wedding season, but it’s good to be busy. It’s just a regular local parlor where people come to feel a bit better and talk about their day.
