Mindwork Construction Private Limited is based out of the Singhbudha Colony in the New Capital area. We are set up at Sri Thakur Jai Mangal’s place. It’s a quiet enough spot for planning out the projects we take on. Being in the New Capital district means we are close to where a lot of the city planning happens. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's more of a tight-knit group of people who know how to get things built. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we do on the ground. Construction is messy and loud, but we try to keep the office part organized at Singhbudha Colony. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough to stay on site all day, but we push through. We've got a lot of respect for the traditional ways of building while trying to keep up with the new rules. It's a balance. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, look at the materials, and get to it. Dealing with local regulations takes up a lot of our time, but that is part of the job. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over some blueprints or arguing about the price of sand. We just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. That's the way we've always done things here.
