Mercon Construction India (Opc) Private Limited

Mercon Construction India (Opc) Private Limited is my company, and I run it out of Khajpura in Patna. The office is at Jamuna Ray’s place in Mahua Bagh. Since it is an OPC, it is mostly me making the big decisions and handling the clients. Patna is a very busy city to do business in. There is always someone looking to build something or fix something. I spend a lot of my time driving through the traffic to check on different small sites. Being based in Mahua Bagh is convenient because it is close to where a lot of the action is. I don't have a big team of office workers. Usually, I am the one answering the phone and doing the billing at night. It’s a lot of work for one person, but I like knowing exactly what is going on with every job. We do all sorts of construction tasks, from basic repairs to slightly bigger building projects. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where I keep my records. People in Khajpura know me and they know I’ll give them a straight answer. I don't use any of those fancy marketing terms because I don't think they mean much. If a wall is crooked, it's crooked, and you have to fix it. That is basically my philosophy on the whole business. Just do the work right and don't make a big fuss about it.
