Medwell Infra Private Limited is located on Bank Road over in Patna Sadar. It’s a pretty central spot, near Vidyapati, so getting around isn’t too bad compared to other parts of the city. Akhlaqur Rahman is the one who looks after the place. We’ve been working on various infrastructure tasks for a while. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at plans or talk to vendors. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate between different sites. Things can get a little hectic on Mondays when everyone is trying to start something new at once. We don't really have a polished way of doing things, we just do what needs doing to keep the projects moving. Some days are slow and some days we can't even find time to eat lunch, that's just the nature of the business. We focus on being practical and solving problems as they come up instead of worrying about big fancy mission statements. It’s about getting the brick and mortar in place. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we know each other well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that folks in Patna can count on.
