Mechaciv Construction Private Limited is located over in Jakriyapur, specifically in the Khemnich area of Sampatchak. It’s a bit of a drive from the main parts of Patna, but it works for us. Rambilas Sahni is the one who handles the day-to-day stuff here. The office is really just a room where we keep our permits and project files. We do both mechanical and civil work, which keeps us pretty busy around the 800020 area. The roads around here can get pretty messy during the monsoon, making it tough to move the heavy equipment around. We don't have any fancy decorations or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us on the phone trying to track down a missing shipment of steel. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We spend more time at the actual construction sites than sitting behind a desk. That’s how you make sure things get built properly, I guess. We know the local suppliers well and they know we don’t like to wait around. Patna is growing so fast that there is always something new being built nearby. We just try to keep up with the pace and keep our heads down. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business we have here.
