Matriswa Construction Private Limited is tucked away in S. K. Vihar Colony over in the Beur area of Patna. The office is at the home of Smt Kumkum Kumari, who is the wife of Pawan Kumar. Having the business run from 800002 keeps us right in the thick of the local neighborhood. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is good for focusing on the details of our projects. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a regular house where we keep the books and plan out the work. Being in Patna means there’s always something going on, and we like being part of that growth. Every morning, we gather our things and head out to whichever site needs us. S. K. Vihar Colony is a nice place to be based. We handle everything from the initial talks to the final cleanup.
