MARWAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been working out of our office at Royal Plaza A for a while now. It's on the first floor, Room 104, right in Salimpur Ahra. Marwal Construction and Development Private Limited is what we call the business, and most days you'll find us busy with various projects around the area. Being based here in 800001 makes it easy to get to different sites. It’s just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and meet with people who need things built. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing. It's more about getting the job done right and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy or crowded when everyone is in, but that’s just how it goes when things are moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our spot on the first floor. Working in construction means we spend a lot of time on the road, but this is where we come back to figure out the plans and take care of the bills. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We’ve got the files stacked up and the computers running, just keeping things moving day by day. If you’re looking for us, we’re just there in Salimpur Ahra. It’s not a hard place to find once you get to Royal Plaza. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a pain, but we usually make it in fine. We've got a small kettle in the corner for when we need a break. It's not a big sign out front, just the number on the door.
