Manthan Infosys Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 11 Vaibhav Apartment on Budhmarg. It is a bit different working out of an apartment building but it works well for us. We have enough space for our equipment and a place to sit down and focus on the technical details. Budhmarg is a central area so it is easy for people to find us even though we are inside a residential block. We spend most of our time dealing with information systems and various software issues that pop up. It is mostly just a few of us working together in the office. We have wires running across the floor sometimes and piles of manuals that we should probably organize better one of these days. Being at Vaibhav Apartment feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We know the neighbors and the people who live in the other units. We try to stay low key and just get the work done without making a big fuss. People come to us when they have problems they can't solve themselves. We look at the code or the hardware and try to find a way through it. It is not always easy and some days are longer than others but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the apartment for doing our deep thinking and troubleshooting. It is a practical setup for the kind of stuff we do.
