Manjusudha Devcon Private Limited is located over in Bahadurpur, Patna. We are in the Adarsh Colony on Bhooth Nath Road. Specifically, we’re based at the home of Rikheshwar Sah’s son. It’s a lively part of the city, especially being near Agamkuan. The roads around here can be pretty crowded, but that’s just part of life in Patna. Our office is a simple place where we manage our development and construction projects. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our regular clothes, looking at site photos or working on some boring but necessary paperwork. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the local building scene. There are always new houses or shops going up around here, and we wanted to be part of that. Some days we are out at the sites from dawn until dusk, and other days we are stuck in the office catching up on bills and permits. It isn't always exciting, but it’s honest work. We know the people in Adarsh Colony well, and they know us. We try to be helpful when people stop by with questions. It’s a tight-knit community and we like being a part of it. If you’re coming to see us, just follow Bhooth Nath Road until you see the colony entrance. We’re usually around and happy to have a quick chat about whatever work needs doing.
