Manish Kumar

This place is located on the second floor of the Lalita Hotel building on Boring Canal Road. If you know Patna, you know Boring Road is always packed with people and cars. We are right above the hotel itself, so you have to head up the stairs to find us. It’s a busy building with a lot of different things going on. Manish Kumar has been running things from here for a while. The office isn't very large, but it works for what we do. You can hear the noise from the street below sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the canal road traffic. Most people come here because it’s a central spot in Patna and easy to reach from different parts of the city. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s a practical space. We keep our files and desks organized as best as we can. It’s mostly just a spot to get work done. People drop in throughout the day, often looking for the hotel and then realizing we are just upstairs. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up every morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s been our base for years now and we don't plan on moving. It is just a normal office in a busy city.
