MANAWATI CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Manawati Construction (OPC) Private Limited is a one-person company based in Phulwarisharif. Babloo Kumar is the one who runs everything. The office is located at his home in Mainpura, where he lives with his father, Ramswarath Singh. Since it is an OPC, it is a small operation where Babloo handles most of the business himself. We focus on construction jobs in the Phulwarisharif area. This part of town is growing fast, so there is usually something to do. Being a small setup means that when you come to the house in Mainpura, you are talking directly to the person who makes the decisions. We do not have a big staff or a fancy office building. We deal with all the common construction problems, like trying to get sand and bricks delivered when the roads are crowded. It is a lot of work for one person to manage, from site visits to the paperwork, but it keeps things simple. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Bihar.
