Makhan Complex Llp has its office in Bijli Office Gali, near Padri Ki Haveli in Patna City, within the Sampatchak area. This part of the city is incredibly old and very crowded, with narrow lanes and a lot of history. Our office is tucked away in one of these lanes, and it feels very much a part of the local life. We don't have a modern glass facade or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace where we manage our property and development affairs. Being so close to Padri Ki Haveli means there is always a lot of activity nearby. We spend our days dealing with the practicalities of running a complex—everything from maintenance issues to handling the accounts. It’s a lot of small, repetitive tasks that keep the place going. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just local people who know how to manage property in a busy area like Patna City. The traffic in Sampatchak can be quite a headache, so we do a lot of our work on foot or by just staying in the office and making phone calls. People in the Gali know us well, and they often stop by the office to tell us about a leak or to pay their dues. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we like the fact that we are right in the middle of all the action in Patna City.
