MAITRIDEV CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Maitridev Construction, located over on Nawada Road in Manpur, Gaya. Ramadhar Singh is the one who manages the place. Gaya is a place with a lot of history, and we like being part of the building scene here. We’re a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. We’re just a local outfit that knows how to handle bricks and mortar. Our office is a straightforward space where we deal with the bills and the hiring. Most of the time, you’ll find us out near the construction sites in Manpur. We do all sorts of building work, mostly for local families who need a new home or an extension. It’s hard work, especially during the summer when Gaya gets really hot. We have to start early and take breaks during the middle of the day. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the standard tools that get the job done right. Sometimes it’s a bit of a juggle to get the right sand or gravel delivered when the traffic on Nawada Road is bad. We just take it one day at a time. We don't make big speeches about our work. We just let the buildings speak for themselves. If they stay solid and keep the rain out, we’ve done our job. It’s a simple way of looking at things. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on going anywhere else.
