Magnova Construction Private Limited is based out of Darul Mobin in the New Azimbad Colony. You can find us at Zeba Hussain’s place in Sultangunj. It’s a local neighborhood where everyone pretty much knows each other. We didn’t start this to become a giant corporation. We just wanted to work in construction and help build things around this part of Patna. Working out of a colony like New Azimbad means we’re close to the people we serve. It’s not a sterile office environment. You might hear the neighbors or the street noise while we’re talking about project plans. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded. We do the normal building work, from foundations to finishing. It’s messy and loud sometimes, but that’s construction for you. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what’s necessary to get the job finished right. We mostly focus on residential projects because that’s what we know best. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical city problems like narrow streets or power cuts, but we make it work. It’s just us doing our thing in Sultangunj. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy with how things are going so far. There’s always another brick to lay or a wall to plaster, so we keep ourselves busy.
