MAGADHSAMRAT CONSTRUCTION LLP is situated at Om Raj Apartment on Jamal Road, near Exhibition Road in Patna. Madhukar Kumar is the one running things here. Our office is in D-204. Jamal Road is a very crowded and busy spot, so we are right in the middle of everything. We started this construction firm to handle local building needs in Bihar. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly us and a few regular crews we hire for the heavy lifting. We spend our days checking on sites and making sure the supplies arrive. Sometimes it’s a real struggle with the traffic and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do residential and some commercial work. We aren't polished public speakers; we just know how to read a blueprint and get a foundation laid. We don't make big claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes projects take a bit longer because getting permits or materials in this part of town is slow. We just keep pushing forward. If you come by the apartment building, you’ll find us usually busy with some paperwork or on the phone with a contractor. It is a simple life, but we like seeing things built properly. We try to stay honest and just do the work as best as we can.
