Our office is over in Gagan Apartment. It’s on Exhibition Road, which everyone knows is a pretty crowded part of Patna. We’ve been running MADHAV KISHORI CONSTRACTION PRIVATE LIMITED from here for some time. Being in Kadamkuan means we are right in the middle of things. We do construction work. It involves a lot of coordination with different people, from site supervisors to the guys delivering bricks and cement. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are just looking at drawings or talking to clients about their projects. We’ve got our hands full with several sites across the state. Dealing with the traffic on Exhibition Road to get to the office every morning is a bit of a chore, but it’s a good location for business. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the billing or to plan out the next week’s schedule. The building we are in is well-known in this area. We try to be practical about how we handle our projects. Things don't always go according to plan because of weather or labor issues, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now. There is always something to do, whether it's checking on a foundation or ordering more steel. We just keep our heads down and work.
