Madhav Constech Private Limited is based out of Bihta, which is becoming a pretty busy spot lately with all the new development. We are located in Raghopur, right behind Prakash Bhawan. It is a good landmark to use because everyone in the village knows where it is. The office is situated in a quiet corner of the village, away from the main noise of the highway, although you can still hear the construction sounds in the distance. We have been operating here for a while, managing various projects across Patna. Bihta has changed a lot, and we see the changes every day from our office window. Usually, the mornings are spent checking on the equipment and talking to the site foremen. We do not have a big corporate structure; it is mostly just a few of us handling the accounts, the permits, and the planning. Sometimes we have to deal with power outages or the dust from the nearby roads, but we are used to it by now. The workspace is filled with folders and rolls of paper, and there is usually a pot of tea going. We try to be practical about how we run things. When there is a problem at a site, one of us just jumps on a bike and goes to fix it. It is a hands-on kind of business. We are not interested in being fancy; we just want to get the work done and go home.
