We are located at Samasthu Sthan in Bihta. If you know the Patna area, you know Bihta has been changing a lot lately with all the new development. We decided to set up Macha Swami Developers right in the middle of it. The office isn't anything to brag about—it’s just a place for us to keep our maps and meet with people. We spend a lot of our time looking at different plots of land and trying to figure out the best way to develop them. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and talking to farmers and other landowners. Bihta can get pretty dusty with all the construction going on everywhere, but that’s a good sign for us. We have a small team here. We usually start the day with some tea and a look at what needs to be done. There is always some issue with a truck being stuck or a permit taking longer than it should. We don't let it bother us too much because that is just part of the routine. We are just local people trying to make a living by helping the town grow. Sometimes we take the bus into Patna for meetings, but we prefer staying here in Bihta where things are a bit more grounded. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do our bit here at Samasthu Sthan for the local community.
