The office is set up at Smt Kanti Kumari’s place in Ward No- 13, right there in Chitkohra. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a giant staff or a marketing team. Most of what we do involves engineering projects around the 800001 zip code area. Being in Chitkohra means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential neighborhoods. We see our neighbors every day and that’s how we like it. The work we do is steady, and we don't try to dress it up with fancy titles. We handle the technical side of building and planning. Kanti Kumari oversees the location, and we've been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a bit crowded in this part of Patna, but it keeps us close to the people we work for. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. If someone needs something built or an engineering problem solved, they usually just come find us in Mahabir Nagar. We like the direct approach. It’s about getting the job done without making it complicated. We are just a local LLP trying to do good work for the people in our corner of the city.
