M O CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a small outfit operating out of Samanpura. We are located at Royal Residency, specifically in Flat No-1GF. It's a nice building, and being in the New Capital area makes it easy for us to move around the city when we have jobs to do. Rounak Afroz Khan is the one who keeps things moving around here and handles the paperwork. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass tower. We're just a group of people who know how to build things properly. Our office is on the ground floor, which is very handy when we're carrying heavy equipment in and out. Most of our work involves local projects where we can really see the results of our labor. We talk to our clients like normal people because that’s what we are. There’s no point in using fancy language when you’re talking about cement and steel and dirt. We’ve had some long days and some tough projects lately, but we always find a way through the problems. The Samanpura neighborhood is a good place to be based because it feels like a real community to us. We aren't interested in being the most famous company, just the one that people trust when they have a project in mind. We're usually out on a job site somewhere, but when we're in the office, it's all about planning the next stage of work and drinking some tea.
