Lilatri Homes Nirman Private Limited is located over in A.G. Colony in Patna. We are pretty easy to find since we are near Shankar Greel and the Board Colony area. It is a decent neighborhood. We have been focusing on building homes and doing construction work around here for a bit. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure projects move along. The office is at A/370. We spend most of our mornings talking to suppliers or checking on how the brickwork is looking at various sites. It’s noisy and dusty work, but that is construction for you. We don’t have any slick brochures. Usually, someone just walks in or calls because they saw our sign at a site nearby. Building a house in Patna can be tricky with the narrow roads and getting materials delivered on time, but we figured out how to get things moved around locally. My desk is usually covered in papers and blueprints that never seem to stay organized. We just try to finish one job before starting the next one. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I’m looking at costs, and the next day I’m at a site seeing why the cement didn't arrive. It keeps us busy. We are just a local business trying to make things work in A.G. Colony and help people get their houses built.
