Lightmarks Infra is located over on the New Bypass Road in Patna. We are set up at Upendra Kumar’s place, right near the Sichai Bibhag. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and noise, but it works for us. Being near the bypass makes it easy to move equipment and get to different sites quickly. We’ve been at this for a while now. The office is pretty small and usually has blueprints rolled up on every table. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy furniture or coffee machines. We just have our desks and the stuff we need to work on infrastructure. Most of our time is spent out in the sun or dealing with city permits. Patna is a tough place to build things sometimes because of the traffic and the heat, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bihar. We just want to finish our projects and keep the staff paid. It’s a group of people who have worked together for years. We know each other’s habits and how to get things moving when they get stuck. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s honest, hard work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stay standing. There is always something new to learn on every single project we take on and it keeps us on our toes.
