We don't have a polished corporate office with glass walls. Our workspace is practical and a bit dusty because of all the cement nearby. We focus on the actual building process. We like to make sure that everything we put up is solid. Bihta is growing fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere. Sometimes it gets overwhelming with all the deadlines, but we just take it one step at a time. The local community knows us well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bihar.
