Kwardhan Constructions Private Limited is located at Maurya Path in Patna. We are in the Suryansh Apartment building, specifically in unit 403/A. The company is basically Kunal Wardhan’s operation, and we work out of this residential spot. It’s a quiet area compared to the main roads, which helps us focus. We handle different types of building work across Patna. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure people show up on time. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more like a small family business where everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes the office is full of people and sometimes it's just one person answering the phone. We’ve seen a lot of construction happening on Maurya Path recently. It’s a busy time for the city. We try to stay grounded and just handle our own projects. We don't go around saying we are the best at anything. We just do the work we are hired for. It involves a lot of back and forth with clients and workers. Bihar can be a tough place to get materials sometimes, but we’ve got our ways of managing. We just want to get through the day having done some honest work.
