Kumhrar Developers Private Limited is based in the Gaighat area of Patna. Our office is on the ground floor, room number one, on Dargah Road in Neemtal. We are located care of Md Mohtashimul Haque. This part of Patna is always moving and can get pretty loud with all the traffic. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on local development projects. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we handle the business of building and land. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily grind of construction, like getting permissions and checking on sites. It’s not all smooth sailing; there are always delays with weather or supplies. But we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a few people working out of a small office near the river. People come to see us about various building needs, and we sit down and talk it through. No big presentations, just honest talk about what can be done.
