Kumar Heights Venture Private Limited is situated at 99 P.P Colony in Patliputra. The office is associated with Sri Arvind Kumar. P.P Colony is a nice, established part of Patna, and being here feels right for a venture like ours. We mostly deal with building projects and heights-related ventures, hence the name. The office itself is not very large, but it has everything we need to run things properly. We have a few computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and plenty of space for maps. It’s a quiet office for the most part, unless we are having a big meeting about a new site. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know Arvind or have seen our work around Patliputra. We spend our days coordinating with architects and laborers. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies like cement and steel. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but usually, we wrap up when the sun goes down. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we don't follow any strict corporate rules. We just show up, do our tasks, and try to make sure everything we build is solid. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in a city like this.
