Kumar & Vir Skybuilders Private Limited is based out of Ved Niwas in Agam Kuan. The office is in Dashrath Bhawan Gali, which is pretty close to the Aprajita Apartment in Kankarbagh. It is a nice enough area in Patna, usually quite a lot of people moving around. We work out of Sajjan Kr’s place. It is not some big glass building, just a regular house where we handle all the skybuilders stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, so the office is mostly for the boring stuff like filing and meetings. Being in Kankarbagh is handy because it is central to a lot of what is happening in the city. Patna 800007 is where we are registered. Sometimes the Gali gets crowded, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have got a small crew and we just keep our heads down and work. It is a family-style environment here at Ved Niwas. We do not really go for all that flashy marketing stuff you see elsewhere. We just focus on the buildings. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask for Dashrath Bhawan Gali. We have been around for a bit and know the neighborhood well. It is a decent place to run a construction business from. We are just local people trying to make a living and build things that stay up. No frills, just work for the day.
