Krv Kaushik Developers And Builders Private Limited is run out of East Patel Nagar in Patna. We are located in the Sai Basera Apartment, specifically at House Number 44 on Road Number 6. Sharvesh Kumar Singh is the one who handles most of the day-to-day things here. Patna can be a bit chaotic with the traffic on the main roads, but our street is usually okay once you get off the main path. The office is inside the apartment building so it stays a bit cooler during those really hot summer months. We handle building and developing work, mostly keeping things practical. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to contractors most days. We have been at this for a bit, just trying to get things done right without making a big fuss about it. The neighbors know us and we try not to block the driveway when the trucks come by with materials. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when everyone is there at once. We don't use any fancy systems, just folders and notebooks mostly. It is a normal business, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We just stay busy with the work at hand and try to stay organized. If you come by, you’ll probably see us looking at blueprints or just having a quick break between site visits. It’s just us working hard every day.
