We are a small but dedicated group of people who focus on building projects in and around this area. Modern Tola is a place where everyone kind of knows what’s going on, so we try to keep our work sites clean and be good neighbors while we are building. Construction isn't always pretty; there is a lot of noise, dust, and heavy lifting involved every single day. We don't mind it though because it’s what we do for a living. Most of our work comes from people in the ward who need something built and want someone local to handle it. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. We are just a construction company trying to do right by our clients. Some days the machines break down or the supply of cement is low, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just a normal Tuesday for us. We spend a lot of time talking to Kundan and the rest of the team about how to solve problems on the ground. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build some solid structures that will last for a long time. It’s practical work for practical people, and we are happy to be doing it here.
