Krishnapali Constech (OPC) Private Limited is located right here in Danapur, Patna. If you know the Chulhaichak area, we are pretty close to that. Specifically, we are over in Chanakyapuram. Satya Deo Singh is the main person in charge and his place is where we handle the business. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person company, but there are a few of us who help out with the actual construction and tech work. We work a lot around the Khagaul and Rup Aspur neighborhoods. It’s a busy part of town and there is always some building going on. We don’t have a big corporate office in the city center. Instead, we operate from a more residential spot because it’s easier for us and for the people we work with. Most of the days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on how a wall is going up. It gets pretty dusty and loud, but that is the nature of construction. We try to be practical about things. If a pipe is broken or a wall needs fixing, we just go and do it. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. People find us because they live nearby or they know someone we worked for in the past. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us here in 801105.
