Krishabhay Developers Private Limited is based out of the Ramsagar Singh Palace building. We are located near the Corporation Bank on Main Gola Road. If you know the Rupaspur area in Patna, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our office is right in the middle of all that hustle. We are not a corporate firm with a lot of polish. We are just local people working in development. Ramsagar Singh Palace is a well-known landmark, so it makes it easier for people to find us. We deal with a lot of land and building stuff around Patna. The traffic on Gola Road is usually quite heavy, especially in the evenings, so we spend a lot of time just managing the logistics of moving materials around. We have a small team here and we do not really go in for fancy presentations. We just sit down with a cup of tea and talk about what needs to be built. It is a practical business. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep working anyway. We handle the day-to-day tasks of construction without much fuss. If you are walking past the Corporation Bank, you will see our sign. We are usually around from morning until late, just trying to get the current projects finished so we can move to the next one.
