You can find us at Myrah Residency, specifically in Block A, room 202. We’re located on Road No 4 in Mahesh Nagar, over in Phulwari. Koshi Infratech and Developer Private Limited is basically a group of us who have been in the building trade for a while. The office is tucked away in the residency building, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We do a lot of planning here before we head out to the actual development sites. Phulwari is growing fast, so there's plenty of activity around. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just seeing our signs at a site. Our team consists of local guys who know how to handle the materials and the local climate. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and hiring crews. It's not always easy, but it's what we do. We have a few computers and some drafting tables in the office. Usually, there's a pot of tea going. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons out in the field. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Building things takes time and patience, and we have learned that over the years. We stay focused on the tasks we have each week. It works for us.
