Our business, Korawan Realtech Private Limited, is run out of Parwati Niwas, House Number 78 in Korawan. That’s in the Naubatpur area of Patna. Shailendra Kumar Varma is the one who looks after things here. We focus on real estate and technical bits related to land and buildings. Naubatpur is growing, so there is usually something for us to do. We aren't some fancy tech firm from a big skyscraper. We work from a house in the village. It’s more comfortable that way and people know they can just walk in and talk to us.
