Kipsh Construction Private Limited is located in Kankarbagh, right on the Main Road. If you find Jamuna Engineering Gali, we are right there, basically in front of the Jalan Shop. It’s a busy part of Patna, so there’s always something happening outside. Kiran Kri. manages the space here. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just this one spot where we coordinate all our construction work. Kankarbagh is a good place to be because everything is close by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the Gali. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of blueprints. Building things in a city like Patna is always a bit of a puzzle. Traffic is a nightmare when you’re trying to move equipment, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We mostly focus on getting the job done right. We don't use big words or make things sound more complicated than they are. It’s bricks, mortar, and hard work. Some days the weather is too hot to even think, but the guys keep at it anyway. We are just a local bunch trying to make a living and build some decent stuff around here. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby, just us working through the day-to-day tasks. That is enough for us.
