Khushi Raj Projects Private Limited is run by the family, specifically Sri Ajay Kumar, who is the son of Sri Vinod Kumar Singh. We are based in the Brahampur area of Kankarbagh in Patna. Kankarbagh is a big place, and being in the second sector means there is always something being built or renovated nearby. We started this company to take on those kinds of projects. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of managers. It is mostly just us and our local workers. We spend our time checking on sites and making sure we have enough bricks and cement for the next day. Sometimes the traffic in Patna makes it hard to get from one side of town to the other, but we manage. Our office in Brahampur is pretty simple. It’s just a place to keep the books and meet with people who need work done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. It is hard work and you get pretty dirty by the end of the shift, but it feels good to see a wall go up or a roof get finished. We’ve been around this neighborhood for years and plan to stay. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure everything is solid. That is really all there is to it for us.
