Our office is set up in Naudiha village, which is part of the Daudnagar block. It’s a quiet place, out in the Arai panchayat area. We operate from Ramnath Sharma’s place in the Naudiha tola. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the cities. Being out here means we’re close to the people we actually work with every day. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the roads and the land pretty well. Kayval Contractor Private Limited is what we call the business, but to most neighbors, we’re just the guys doing the local contracting work. It gets dusty in the summer and the roads can be a bit tricky when it rains, but we manage just fine. We don’t have a big staff, just a few reliable people who know how to get things done. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to for some paperwork. Most of the day is spent talking to workers or checking on sites. If you’re coming from the main road, just ask for Ramnath’s house in the tola and someone will point you the right way. We’ve been here for a while now and plan to stay. It’s home, and it’s where our work is. There isn't much more to it than that.
