Our office is in the Shiv Kailash Enclave over on Akashwani Road in Phulwari. We are in flat number 101 which we use as our main base for KAVITA GREEN CITY. It’s a busy part of Patna and the road gets quite crowded in the evenings. We focus on real estate and development stuff around this area. It’s mostly us sitting around a table going over land documents and talking to people who want to buy property. We aren't a big corporate office with a lot of staff. There are just a few of us who handle everything from the paperwork to visiting the plots of land. Sometimes we have to go out early to beat the heat and see how the work is progressing. The name might sound big but we are a local business through and through. We know the streets in Phulwari very well. We don't use any fancy sales talk or anything like that. We just show the land and tell people what the situation is. It can be a bit of a headache with all the registrations and legal things but we've gotten used to it. We just keep things moving and try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we meet. It's a lot of talking and walking around. We just keep looking for new spots and trying to keep the projects moving. It’s better than sitting in an office all day long. Most of the people around here know us by name and just stop by for a chat.
