Karnam Infratech Private Limited

Karnam Infratech Private Limited is based out of Awas Number 12 in Kautilya Nagar. We are right on the BMP Road in Khajpura, Patna. It is the residence of Nawal Kishore Sahi and we have set up our office there. It is a very residential area, so it stays a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which is nice for getting work done. We spend most of our time here looking at blueprints or talking on the phone with suppliers. The office is pretty simple with a few tables and some plastic chairs. We don't have any of that high-end furniture you see in movies. It is just a place to get the business side of things sorted. Being on BMP Road means we are quite central for getting to different parts of Patna when we need to check on a construction site. We have a small group of people who handle the daily tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Usually, there is a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We just handle the infratech work as it comes and try to stay on top of the local regulations and paperwork.
