Kalpana Beauty Parlours

Our shop is located on Road No 3 in the Rajendranagar area. It is a fairly quiet street for Patna, which we like. We have been working out of this space for a long time now. The building is older and the shop itself is quite small, but it serves us well enough. We handle a lot of basic things like threading, face cleaning, and hair cutting. Most of our days are spent waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Because we are near some residential blocks, we see the same faces every month. The water supply can be a bit tricky sometimes during the peak of summer, so we keep a few buckets filled just in case. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know each other well. We spend the gaps between customers talking about family or what is happening on the news. The chairs are a bit worn down at the armrests, but they are still comfortable for everyone. We don't have a fancy sign or bright lights outside. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friend told them we were here. We spend a lot of time dusting the shelves because the road outside stays busy and kicks up a lot of dirt. We open the doors early and stay until the sun goes down. It is just a regular place where we do our daily work.
