Kacya Infracon Private Limited is situated at House No. 56A, which we call Kalindi Niwas. We are located in the Pharmaceutical Colony within the Jaiprakash Nagar neighborhood of Patna. It is a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. This works out fine for us because we like the quiet atmosphere when we are trying to look over site plans or sort out the billing. The colony has its own pace, and most people around here know each other. Our office space is basically a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the project folders. We have a small team, and we usually eat our lunch together in the back. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in Bihar, so we keep some flashlights and back-ups handy. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites around the city, but this is where we come back to finish the day. It’s not a flashy place with glass walls or anything. It’s just a solid house where we get our work done. We have a few trees outside that give some shade during the peak summer months. It’s a regular routine of answering calls, checking on materials, and making sure the workers know where they are supposed to be. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving.
