Kabir Dream City Private Limited

Kabir Dream City Private Limited is located inside Chaman Apartment on Bari Path. We are in Flat Number 102, care of Musheer Ahmad. Bhikhana Pahari is a very crowded and old part of Patna, so there is always something going on outside. The stairs in the apartment building are a bit narrow and it can be a climb, but the location is central for us. The tea shop downstairs is our unofficial meeting room when the office gets too crowded. It is just easier that way and the tea is actually quite good. We work on housing and real estate projects and our days are mostly filled with phone calls and checking on various sites. We do not have a big team of sales people. It is just a few of us sitting around a table trying to figure out the next steps for our buildings. The apartment can get quite hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We have been in this area for a long time and know the local shopkeepers and neighbors pretty well. There is always some new regulation or some issue with a site, but we deal with it as it comes. We are not trying to be the most famous company in Bihar, we just want to get our projects finished so people can have their homes.
