Jyoti Shree Construction Private Limited

Our place is Flat No.301 in the Hanumant Kunj Apartment, over in the New P.P.C area of Patliputra. That is where Jyoti Shree Construction Private Limited operates from. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold office at all. It’s actually quite comfortable. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of filing cabinets. Patliputra is a good place to be based because everything is relatively close. We don't have a giant sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the third floor and knock. Most of our work involves being out at construction sites anyway, so the flat is mostly for the boring stuff like payroll and permits. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during the monsoon when nobody wants to be outside. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the files in some kind of order. It isn't a perfect system, but it works for us. We've been in this building for a bit and the neighbors are used to seeing us hauling rolls of paper around. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't bother with marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We're just a construction company working out of an apartment in Patna. We try to be quiet so we don't bother the families living next door.
