We are based out of Bihta, specifically at Bilash Shree Villa in the S S Colony. Jyoti Planners And Developers Llp operates right from the ground floor here. It’s a quiet enough area in Gultera compared to the main city of Patna. The office is actually in the house of Bharat Kumar, who is the son of Ram Vilash Singh. It feels more like a home than a regular office which makes it a bit more comfortable for us. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out the best way to develop the plots we have. Being in Bihta-Patna means we are right where the expansion is happening. We get a lot of local guys coming in looking for work or asking about land. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to stop working on the computers but we just find other things to do. The ground floor stays cool in the summer which is a blessing. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to get these projects off the ground. Most of our tools are kept in the back and the front is where we talk to people. It’s a straightforward life and we just take it one day at a time. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do; we just plan and build.
