It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls and uniforms. It is just a regular office where we handle our business. Most of the time, the desk is covered in maps and blueprints for various local projects. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done in Bihar and we had the skills for it. The traffic around Karbigahiya can be a real headache in the mornings, so we usually get started early to beat the rush. My nephew helps with the filing and we have a few guys who are always out at the work sites. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Word of mouth usually gets us our jobs.
