Our office is situated at Plot 24A in Rajendrabiha, which is a decent area for a business like ours. Smt Laxmi Upadhya is the main person here, and Gn Upadhya also helps out with things around the place. It is very much a family-style operation. We take on various projects, mostly construction and local infrastructure stuff. The plot gives us some room to store things, which is helpful. We aren't located in one of those huge glass buildings in the city center. We prefer being here where it’s a bit more grounded. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a small team of people who like to build things. Sometimes the weather in Bihar makes the work difficult, but we just wait for the rain to stop and get back to it. It’s not always a smooth process, and we have our share of bad days, but we keep going. Our goal is just to finish the jobs we start. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just do the work that needs to be done. If you walk by Rajendrabiha, you’ll see our place. It’s a modest setup but it works for us. We just try to be honest and do the labor ourselves. Working locally means we see our work every day.
